Products & comfort use. Coldfront products are wearable cooling-comfort items. They are NOT medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, including any heat-related illness. Use as directed; supervise children. Individual results vary with conditions and use.

Pricing & availability. Prices are in USD and may change. We may correct errors, and we may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order. Promotions and bundle discounts apply automatically when their conditions are met and may change or end at any time.

Orders. Your order is an offer to buy; we may accept or decline it. We may refuse or cancel orders we suspect to be fraudulent.

Shipping & returns. Governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy, incorporated here by reference.

Intellectual property. The Coldfront name, logo, content, images, and copy are owned by COLDFRONT and may not be used without permission.

Acceptable use. Don't misuse the Store, attempt to breach security, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability. The Store and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, COLDFRONT is not liable for indirect or consequential damages; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
