Shipping Policy
Where we ship. We currently ship within the United States.
Where it ships from. Orders are fulfilled from our US-based warehouse.
Processing time. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). You'll get a confirmation email, and a tracking number once your order ships.
Delivery time. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after dispatch. Total time = processing + delivery. Heat-wave demand and carrier delays can occasionally add a day or two.
Shipping rates.
- FREE Standard Shipping on orders $35 and over.
- $4.95 Standard Shipping on orders under $35.
Tracking. A tracking link is emailed when your order ships. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Lost or stuck packages. If tracking hasn't moved in 7+ business days, email contact@coldfront-cool.shop and we'll chase it down.
Wrong address. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address.
