Refund & Return Policy

We want you cool and happy. If you're not satisfied, you're covered by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

30-day returns. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items should be in resellable condition (gently used is okay if the product didn't keep you comfortable — that's what the guarantee is for).

12-month warranty. Your Coldfront Ring is covered against manufacturing defects for 12 months from delivery. If it splits, leaks, or fails under normal use, we'll replace it.

How to start. Email contact@coldfront-cool.shop with your order number and a short note (a photo helps for damaged or defective items). We'll reply within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Refunds. Once your return is approved (or your guarantee claim is accepted), we issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we cover it.

Non-returnable. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns that are visibly soiled or damaged through misuse (e.g. freezing far below recommended temperatures, cuts/punctures).

Exchanges. Wrong size or color? Email us and we'll help you swap it.
